The Yamaha RD 250 (RD standing for Race Developed) was a popular bike with production continuing up until 1987. Now sought after today, this 1980 example was first registered in the UK in March 2008 having been imported. Our vendor reports the bike received a restoration in 2020 and reported further work has been carried out by his brother with a new crank fitted in 2024. Paperwork includes V5, MOT certificates from 2013 - 2017 and the last issued MOT in 2022. Although now expired, the RD is registered as a Historic vehicle and as such is exempt.
